Yes sounds suspicious to me. There is an ad in our local paper every week saying they have various different breeds of pup for sale and photos of them, it also says they are licenced.....i wonder if anyone ever checks this type of premises out i think there should be tighter controls.

Actually you have to have a licence if you are breeding solely for sale even if it is only one litter!!
This particular person is clearly either a puppy farmer or a commercial dealer or a combination of both and both should be avoided at all costs!!
