That is awful, why would anyone want to do that. I just don't understand some people.

I cant bring my self to read the article . Why on earth would someone do that to a dog. It makes me so angry .

Glad he got help. Someone here wrapped electrical wire around a puppy's muzzle here because he wouldn't stop barking. His face swelled up three times it's normal size and the wire had almost grafted into his skin. It was such a mean thing to do and a sad sight... but again someone helped him. Glad there are good people still left.
