Good afternoon all been to work this morning had to drag and I do mean drag Gert out at 3.30am for a walk; into work for 5am out for 10.30am and then home and out again with Gert who was by then awake.

Really close goes from being really hot to close so suspect thunder or heavy rain later.

Popped into Iceland and Sainsburys, made a nice brown bread and banana sandwich, washing in machine and took Gert up the field again, just back and have hung my work stuff on the line.

Having a sit down on here and may have a nap on the sofa not sure yet.

Lynn Hope you managed to get Dillon in and you two out. Happy anniversary and also Happy Birthday to Gorden, did you plan to marry on his birthday or was it just how it worked out.

Lovely sunny morning with a gentle breeze that kept it just below 25 degrees. Clouded over since we have come home.

Happy anniversary Lynn and tell Gordon happy birthday. Hope you manage to get the big lad in and you two out.

Had a telephone consult with Gary's neurology nurse and she is happy with how the new combination of meds are going.

The elusive new social worker finally called about three months after he initially cancelled the planned assessment meeting due to illness. Think he must have had the plague . Meeting planned for Thursday afternoon but I'm not holding my breath for any positive outcome.
