Linda - sounds nice! Was it home-made? I haven't made any soups yet as I'm too lazy to make the stock (and won't use 'cubes' )

Hi Azz

Yes - it is just broccoli, potato, onion, garlic and herbs cooked then put in a blender. Then cheese added and reheated (cheese is optional). It's very popular with the children.

Whatever I find . Today I used a bit of thyme and some parsley. Dried though, because I have nothing fresh.
