I've heard, but its not on any news that I can find, that the 15 year old has been charged and released on bail.No idea if its true, but this is from the same area where its happened, so could be true.

Just want to say the people of Manchester, beyond and worldwide actually, have raised Ł1million in less than 24 hours. How amazing is that.

What a terrible terrible death for those poor dogs and such awful trauma for the survivors. I can't say what I think of the person who caused this.

It's just so horrendous - those poor, poor dogs. My heart goes out to those involved with the shelter. They must be devastated.

It's hard to believe that a youngster of 15 could do such a thing. What is this World coming to?

According to the Mirror the boy had recently been hospitalised after being attacked by a dog.

That gives him a reason to kill so many innocent dogs?

This is horrible. I got sick to the stomach.
Thankfully for my peace of mind I know that all dogs go to heaven.
I am glad for the survivors but from personal experience also feel sorry for them.

If any one out there has ever experienced the pain of burning you would most assuredly never wish that kind of pain on anyone or anything.
On that note I also feel for the perp because I know of natural law. Natural law doesn't care about the frail human ego.

At this point it's really hard to see through the anger, resentment, horror and despair. I don't want to waste my time, energy, psyche or spirit on wishing bad unto others be they human or not. I'm having time of it to take the high road.
Still sick to the stomach....

A huge bouquet to each fire fighter, rescue worker and caregiver.
