Thanks Amanda, Bailiie has done so well since I posted.
We can now do the door and gate without the clicker, although the gate is quite testing at times as next door have a collie, and when she's home alone, she throws herself at the window making a right racket. I'm surprised she hasn't broken free the way she bounces and bangs on the window
I've introduced the words "give me your paw" now whilst practising but I'm still having to lure, although today we did it whilst she was sat on an upturned "in" tray I borrowed from work.....
She will also sit in the tray and lie on it too! See.....
