Chris Boots or chemists. They go in the microwave for a few seconds. Mine was inside a teddy bear. Took it out of his tummy warmed it up and hey presto.

Yeah...chemists, Amazon etc. You microwave them and they heat up and stay warm for a bit....I got Steve one for his ankle and I have one for my knees, face and when I have ear ache.....or if I am cold and can't be faffed with the hot water bottle

Thank you. I'll pop in Boots tomorrow and see if they have them as it's only up the road from the cafe

Gosh, the wind is really picking up here, thank god we got the fascia boards replaced with render!!!
My grandads sister is a bit poorly at the moment, she's over in tramore and is 90 next year, keeping everything crossed she will be o.k.
My cousin has picked up COVID and she's not doing great at the moment..... she's over in Tamworth, not a million miles if you drive but a bit of a nightmare by train bus etc....I have said if she needs anything, let me know and I will take it over, leave it on the doorstep and hobble to a suitable distance.... hopefully her partners family will ensure she's o.k. poor girl is having a rough time all round, her partner said they would get engaged this year...now he says not, she's desperate for a baby and has just found out she will struggle, then her treatment for bulimia is knocking her for 6 with this on top, add to the mix her useless father ( my dad's brother) and I am surprised she's not in a worse state!
Had my physio phone consultation, really nice man...dead helpful and he was great about my diet too..... explained that I shouldn't have been told to cut carbs. Anyway, he has emailed me some exercises to do and then they are sending me an appointment which will be after new year....I just want to be able to do a bit of yoga, now I have my bottom patio, I think it would be lovely to do some yoga in the garden
