Lol...not been near Steve's boxers, not today lol. Just waiting for the tf card for the doorbell to come, will stick the batteries on for a full charge and then get it installed
Need to fill a form out for a probate request....not sure what is what really probably won't get anywhere but I suspect someone is going to get money/ property that isn't legally their right as I don't think a will has been left and they aren't legally the people who inherit
Lol...I thought Bob the builder knocked Stonehenge up!

Griff if the person died without a will then they died intestate in which case their estate is divided up according to standard rules, known as intestacy law.

The rules will allocate the deceased estate to family members in a strict order, depending on which relatives are left behind. Usually, spouse or civil partner will inherit the bulk of your estate though I DO NOT THINK unmarried partners inherit anything.

I will have to fill in the form, they will let me know within the next 6 months if there's a request for probate. There's no partner or wife, just a biological son ( none of the family bothered to contact him) a sister and 2brothers and 2 foster children....who are adults now. I know one of the foster daughters knows nothing of the son and I suspect the other too but the aunty and 2 uncles do

If there's four biological children, they will inherit. It's in their interest to find and contact the missing son

The foster children and more distant relatives (brothers, sisters etc) will get nothing

I don't think there's much but that vile man abandoned Steve to a life of abuse and rejected him time and time again as an adult...all for a woman! And then we find they foster not one...but 2 other children, I hope that his father died intestate and Steve gets even a small amount... however I expect they will distribute it amongst themselves. I know that sounds really nasty but his father died in November....not one has tried to contact him to tell him....I had to do that!! He has an incredibly unusual name so isn't likely to be hard to find.. when I first started seeing him, it took me 10 minutes to find what I wanted to know..address full name date of birth etc
Editted to say, it's one biological son and then the deceased has a sister and 2 brothers

The biological son should get the lot then, unless the guy remarried

Kelly I think the chuckle brothers put up Stonehenge for someone to make money out of. People have to pay to see it now. Dogs aren't allowed in. Stupidity gone mad.
