Puppy with water infection?

The past couple of days Sasis wee has absolutely stunk to high heavens

She doesnt seem to be peeing anymore thn usual but I cant tell if shes drinking any more than usual cos as soon as she sees water shes there in it with her nose mouth feet & anything else she can get in it.

Is there any symptoms that would stand out more that maybe I havent realised are symptoms...if that makes sense?

I've got Khal booked in for injections tomorrow lunchtime so am gonna ring the vet in morning & see if I can take Sasi (& a poorly guinea pig ) along too! Shouldnt be a problem with taking them all, the vets are used to me by now & aare thinking of calling their extension to the practise after me lmao!

Bev x

In my experience and Rio had a few infections, she used to try to urinate much more frequently but didn't produce anything much. She licked herself a great deal and then after trying to go several times would suddenly need to go urgently. Never noticed her drinking more though or smelly urine. My first thoughts were also coming in to season but checked your threads and saw she was 8 weeks back in may so probably not that then.

|I havent noticed her licking herself much...as my OH always laughs when I catch the girls doing it & jokingly say "pack it in you dirty mare"

Thanks VB am waiting for the vets to open so I can give them a call. Is this where I get to chase her round the garden with a pot?

Thats what I thought & its the same this morning, she couldnt wait to get out the back door according to OH & peed right outside of it & it still stinks, I've washed it down straight away with soap powder to dampen the smell.

I'll let you know how she gets on later, thanks Vicki
