Moyra, that's not good...if they weren't coming they should have said something
Barry, sometimes wonder why people don't just use the right stuff in the right places
We have had a solicitors letter from next door, I think we will be going to court

The claim handler has sent it to a solicitor and asked they look at it urgently. They are just liars and trying to make money from us. I spoke to my neighbour and she said she doesn't hold me responsible at all and that everything was fine until they arrived

Thanks Lynn, at least my parents and neighbour don't blame me! It's hard because I am not the policy holder so I can't talk to them and obviously mum is at work, it will all get sorted... just hope it doesn't cost my parents or neighbour too much

Why will it cost your parents or neighbours anything? I thought your solicitor said you had an excellent case so what changed?

Nah Harvey, it's just part of my condition...they don't know what causes it
Kazz, our solicitor who we paid for the letter from said that...he is £250 an hour so using the one via our home insurance..we told them a month ago it had turned very very nasty...they still haven't had anyone look at our case... today the claim handler requested urgent assistance! Their solicitor has said if my parents don't agree to all of their demands they will take them to court, they have said my parents have until next Friday to agree and pay their £980 costs
