I have just had a ham and coleslaw sandwich, cheesy puffs and I know there is B&J in the freezer, mwah ha haaaa!

I've just had some strawberry probiotic yoghurt with some muesli mixed in with it...I took Leon out for long walk and it came to mind whilst we were out....I couldn't wait to get back...and it lived up to expectations mmmmm

I had a lovely ham sandwich, with low fat 'baked' crisps and was on my way to the fridge for the fruit salad when I saw the remaining choccie biccies... so have just had three choc digestives

Sit ups now I think!

I had cous cous with campbells thick soup mixed thru it warmed up with tuna mixed thru..

Then I had a WW double choc brownie dessert!

Does anyone get the sweet need about 3 or 4 in the afternoon? I crave sweet things then. Just had a strawberry mouse (Tesco Value) 47p for 4 and they are lovely
