Good morning Moyra and all who follow

Enjoy your trip to the market Griff

Dry here after a night of rain. Yesterday managed to dig a trench and fill with garden compost for the runner beans but I think the earth is now a bit wet to continue sorting the veg garden

Hope all are well

Have a good day and stay safe.

Morning Moyra, Sue and all who follow.

Windy, but dry and bright here today.

Nothing much on waiting for an Iceland delivery and an amazon delivery and if the amazon delivery is here early enough we may wander up to the station to look at the model railway exhibition.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

Good afternoon all.

A bit of a wild walk this morning. 40 mph plus winds, hail, rain all intermixed with sunny intervals. I wonder if it's only in Britain we get all four seasons in one day .

Rosie got 'attacked' at McD's. We were just walking out and the silly plastic covered 'arch' got blown by the wind dumping a load of water on her just as we passed. Poor little girlie. Mind you nothing phases her for long . Luckily she had her coat on anyway.

Went to the market...had an argument with Steve...he bought trainers that are fake..the guy is adamant they are real....£200 trainers for £40...errr no and the worst bit they are GOLD!! We carried on round but it was that windy stalls were being blown over! We just missed being hit by 30secs, I got the dogs new beds, they were 2 for £15 and I was pleased anyway but getting home and showing my dad....they are genuine leather!! Got a clock for Steve's kitchen, boxes all new, marked up at £50, crossed through and priced at £8... Steve said what's that..a fiver and the guy says I will do it for £6, he has got home and unpacking it and he said it's proper quality, come with a service number and all sorts, at least he is happy

Hi all. Just a passing thought as Crufts is on this week. Anyone know if Figo the Portuguese Water dog is being shown?

Apart from the row griff glad you had a good day at the market.
No idea brenda but it wasn't Figo that made runner up.

Brenda...no idea about figo...sorry there was a fella with a wheaten terrier at the market who said he was getting him used to the crowds before going to crufts this afternoon...I have no idea if he was messing about

If he wants to believe his hideous gold trainers are real...up to him but at 49years old I would think you should realise that you don't get deals like that unless there's something wrong or it's a clearance deal in a shop
There were loads of different dogs there today, a sharper with a full coat, bulldogs, French bulldogs, Spitz's huskies and a beautiful 13week old gsd who apparently cost £1000!!! He was a beautiful boy though
