Watching Video's

Why would it be that I can't watch a video clip that someone has sent me on the Computer?

Sweep install the new microsoft media player 10 then you shouldn´t have a problem

Doh! I was trying to use the wrong prog...........sorted out how to use Media player just before your reply.........feeling pretty good about that, not such a'dumb blonde'!

Can now view where my Pup may be going.

Problem again - how do i view a 3gp video from a phone? Have tried the same way as other Video's but wont work any ideas? This is video clip of Grandson smile(proably wind but dare not say that)
