There's to be a mini debate on RADIO 2 - Jeremy Vine show about "do we put to much emphasis on cruelty to animals" He gave an example of when some youths threw a dog off a bridge!!!!!!! and said that the police said they were "beyond evil" but was this too strong!!!!!!

omg i certanly dont think thats to strong a way to put it .. animals cant defend them selves and if they do they are pts as a danger .. think ill be tuning in i feel a complaint coming on thanks for the heads up on this

Not a bad idea about the massive fine, payable or take the house though, monies could then go to the RSPCA? and as for that bloke that cut the ears of his puppy - people like that reeeealllly scare me, they're not right in the head
