It was SO hot today walking - I decided to head to the beach.... Cannot believe it is October.

there were a few people - but plenty of space around to avoid them. Might have been different if I had come at it from the other way.

It was Perranporth - I parked up at Penhale (in the dog walking area) and walked down between the 2 crosses and then followed the coastal path down onto the beach. Was about 40 mins walk down to the beach. (Possibly a bit more on the way back.....the dunes are a bit steep )

Do you know I sm sitting here admiring the beach, thinking to myself , wow, somewhere else does have lovely beaches like we have in Cornwall! Lol! I feel a right fool!
I was up in the dunes myself last Thursday! Went and found the lost church, not been there for 30 years!

I love it up there.....have not gone down onto the beach from the dunes before though...was a bit of a trek....but fun
