Sadly the new tenants have decided to park on our property even though it's sprayed with our number..... our solicitor states no correspondence from the owners solicitor so looking like court proceedings...they have until Thursday and my solicitors off then so barrister will be contacted Monday and they will prepare the case ( usually within the day) once the letter is sent from the barrister, they have 2 weeks then it's off to court... just have to await a date, with all the evidence we have, it's unlikely a judge will rule against us and infact, likely to award damages given the impact on my health which is documented at the drs and hospital
