Barry - I won't deal with them anymore. In 2012 I went in for an eye test and update specs. Guy did all the tests, I went out and paid and spent a while looking at frames, suddenly the optician comes out and says "Oh I forgot to do this test here" pointing to the form, very clear at the top, how he missed it I don't know, but what annoyed me is that had I left the shop immediately after paying I would not have been back for six months (we were living abroad at the time) Their advertising maybe funny but their service is rubbish

Just comming out of my 'down' period, has been hard this past week, so tired and exhausted, even just dragging myself out of bed. Didn't want to burden you all so waited until today to say 'Hello' again

Yep I think they are rubbish to. I went to them for hearing problems and have had no back up from them at all. I go to an independent opticians. Better service. Missed you by a minute or two Kelly.
