The promise of nice warm sunny day on the cards. (Hopefully).

Another early one for us walked Dillon and Gorden is driving over to kings Lynn to pick Michael up he delivers the hire car back today and drop him back at Downham.
They may stop off for a coffee and a chat if Michael isn't in a hurry to get home.

That programme looks interesting Kazz. I remember the first home mum was in residential it was ok but when we needed to move her to a nursing home it was going downhill rapidly staff leaving, carers becoming cleaners because they earnt more.
One we looked at seemed the caring staff were lovely but the decor was appalling they had to make a choice of number of staff and quality or decoration so the chose the staff scenario.
Luckily where we got her was one of the best in her hometown where she wanted to stay and was the best of a bad job as she never wanted to end up in a home like the majority of us.

I agree Brenda the TV show may bring back memories I do not want but will look anyhow.

Back into the garden today and the salvage too. Dustbin and recycling guys down the road at 6am not seen them that early for a while hope this bodes well, for the coming Summer.

All good here, in fact feel more positive today not sure it will last but starting good.

Been to the drs, my nose is a right mess and I am having a flair up...yay me! I did run into my neighbour who came down Saturday so we had a chat and his daughter is so lovely

Good afternoon all.

The nurse has been and all is going well, but he has to take it easy for a couple of months while his organs recover.

The batteries have come and were fully charged so the scooter is now working and in the back of the car ready for tomorrow.

Gary's opticians appointment is now booked for next week and the two people he wanted blocking from his friends list is now done.

The one thing I forgot? Shopping!!! How on Earth do you forget to go shopping. Fortunately we can make do until tomorrow, but I could kick myself

Hello everyone. I thought we were in for some warmer weather, its flippin cold here. Just been out with Pepsi and its windy and chilly.

Does anyone know, do fish in an outdoor pond need filters/and aerating. The fountain in my pond is being blown out over the sides so I have switched it off because I was loosing so much water.
One thing I promised Brian was that I would look after his fish. I am failing miserably I think I will have to find someone to do some mainenance on it for me.

Chris, errrrmmm you have a lot on, you have enough for tomorrow so it will do then...sit yourself down and chill
Nippy, you aren't failing at all... you are doing your best. Could one of your kids or grandkids get to an aquatic shop or even call one, if you explain what the problem is and why it's so important to you they might pop out... please don't think you are letting Brian down. ((hugs))
