I haven't bought it yet

I would have to have someone reasonably local to keep an eye on the place (and Allan used to work on one of the estates on the other side of Rannoch Moor and so knows quite a few folk) and we may need someone to clean and change the bedding each week - OR we may rent it out for a cheaper rent to friends or friends of friends, and ask them to take their own bedding and to give it a clean before they leave for the next people coming in. However, we would need a local to keep the keys etc.

Probably a fair bit , but their properties are always fully booked, always had really good customer service from them too, in all our trips to Scotland, wouldn't stay with anyone else and I'm REALLY fussy . Would be very stress free for you!
