This is my most favourite jacket spud ever..........

When the spud is cooked, cut in half, scoop it out from the skin & put in a bowl, (save the skin shells) mash with masher (obviously!!) with some butter, milk & black pepper & a teaspoon of mustard
The add some chopped ham and grated cheese. & stir in.

Pile the mixture back into the skin shells & pop back in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes until they brown a bit on top.

They are amazingly tasty

this is a good one!! i use wholegrain mustard.
as alternative to sausage and beans use chorizo with the beans for a bit of spice.
tuna mayo sweetcorn and onion, yummy.
