Working From Home

I would really like to get a job where I can work from home, but many seem to be just scams.
I used to do psychic readings for people, not as a job but free of charge years ago, but in this day and age don't really want strangers traipsing in and out of my house especially as I live alone.
I wondered about those phone line ones or something similar or different working on the computer or on the phone.
Anyone any ideas which way I could go to find work in this area.
