Whom is known as Malka to one and all

Maybe she can inspire us to good ole poetry goss .....
......or maybe not a lot!

Tis hard to know
If she will show
In bed with Pereg
With lights down low

My brain is slow
I do not know
If I can write a rhyme
- No! I give up
Perhaps another time.

I do not write verse

I do not know how to

I just write doggerel

And that

Is worse

Dunno who you are

KYes

KNo

But this I'll say

And I'll have you know

That I have a brain

That thinks in verse

It's such a shame

Can you do worse?

KYes,this really is good fun.
You're a little ray of sun.
How did you come up with it?
Reckon these peoms will all be ....

A rhyme I would always struggle to write,
Be it day or be it night,
Malka's poetic mind I always do admire
As when I try verse it is always dire....

I used to sing Nursery Rhymes
When my children were young
They did not care about
Words I had sung.

It was all automatic
Some songs I'd remembered
As you went to bed
"Rock-a-bye Baby"
Was that what I said?

Oh where did the time go
Does anyone know?

For now you are grown
With babes of your own
Only they are not really
Babes now you know

For the oldest are grown
And did your own mother
Sing songs to you too
As I did to her
Such a long time ago.

And then came my Lexi
And I sang to her
It was "Rock-a-bye Baby"
All over again.

"Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall"
Don't worry Lexi
I won't let you fall.

Now Pereg
So grown up
I sing to her for
The look on her face
Says "More mommy, more".

Not just those
Nursery Rhymes
Anything goes
When I sing to Pereg
Who cares
And who knows

If the songs that I sing
And the words
They are wrong
They are only for her
They're her own special
Song.

Oh Pereg
My Pereg
I love you
I do

And I know
In your doggy head
You love me
Too.
