I've just had the longest nap. Missed everything I had intended to watch on TV and woke up with a start with the boys sitting right in front of me telling me its time to go in the garden. That was at 11.50 That just confirmed to me how tired I was ............. bliss.
I've been out with the dogs and they've put themselves to bed. I'm off now .. sorry I missed everyone this evening.

Woke up at 3am wide awake. Took some milk and my cigs outside. Spent the first minute trying to light my ciggie with a memory stick that my son had left on the table! Almost got a callous on my thumb trying to flick it. Duh

I challenge all comers where sleep is concerned - I could sleep for Britain. It would be a bit of a cheat though as i have a medical problem that results in hypersomnia. It is a bit of a problem, but I still figure it is easier than the opposite of insomnia - so what the hell...

That last custard doughnut is still awaiting me, I may eat it after girly walks.
