Offer was accepted, and all being well we might exchange contracts on 25th. Oct. and complete on 31st. Depends if the lady selling can get the flat she wants, no chain so should be possible. I've had a lousy driving day, stuck in traffic on the E40 approaching Koln in Germany for the best part of two hours in very hot sunshine and no aircon in the motorhome
