Unfortunately the plumbers are here, have turned the water off, and are working in both bathrooms.

I may have to resort to going behind a bush if they're much longer.

that's a new one on me Pat though I have been known to resort to a bucket in the garage in times of desperation


I hate having anyone working in my house it feels like a total invasion of my personal space.

I'm the same. My OH thinks my son gets the autism from me be cause I hate people in my house
Ill have the house falling apart around me before I let anyone in.

I am just recovering from the latest in a long, long series of men working in/on the house. The bathroom no longer lets in the rain and now I am saving for new tiles. Have you seen the price of them! Anyway I am enjoying the peace and quiet til the next round!
