Good afternoon everyone

Sorry about your friend Griff. As Lynn said get him what he fancies it won't hurt.

Hope the chap's buyer hasn't pulled put at the last minute. We had it twice on the day of exchange and they wouldn't do it so told them to get lost. I too would not have let the doorstep caller in. He does not have to pay agent's fee you do so you would still have had to fork out and had no backing from the agent should there be a problem.

Very hot here this afternoon. Been out for lunch. It took us an hour to get home as there had been an accident on the main drag and the road was blocked so a trip round the wrekin to get home.

Hope all are keeping well

Have a good day and stay safe.

Yes, I left Amber till late as it was too hot to walk her. Gave her a nice ice cold frozen chicken drumstick. She loves them.

Good afternoon all.

It was a wonderful morning out. Sunny and warm but not hot as there was a breeze. This afternoon is another matter - especially working in a hot porch. Got it cleared out, but couldn't do more as I think I would have exploded from the heat. It must be over a hundred degrees in there. Conservatory type roof so you can imagine. So, my garden is littered with stuff from the porch, garage and shed. There's always tomorrow to put it all back where it belongs .

You'll get there with the house Lynn. We got five weeks in with a sale when we found out that the buyer not only couldn't sell their house, but that it had failed 5 surveys previously.

So sorry to hear about your friend Griff. My sister in law has terminal cancer. Lung to start and then into her bones. Mind you they told her 12-18 months and that was 2 and a half years ago so, as she says, she's on bonus time at the moment
