I'll be giving it a miss this year. I would much rather spend my money (if I have any! ) going to the Scottish shows, so I plan to do those instead, finances permitting and most I can do in a day. Well, without staying over, just marathon drives and a quick kip on the ferry....
The Scottish venues are a vast improvement on Crufts, which I have always found to be hot, stuffy, smelly and extremely tiring especially for the dogs who get no rest on the benches with Joe Public constantly drifting by and prodding them. And expensive.

I'm starting to look forward to it now, just looked at the schedule and we're in Hall 2 which will be much better, nice and quiet (hopefully)!

So - hotel booked, outfit picked, just the dog to train now!

And the spending money to save!

They have moved a lot of breeds around this year.
Staffords are in Hall 2 as well. They are usually in Hall 1

Most of the other terriers are in Hall 1 so I am stuffed as I show three different breeds of terrier.

Staffords Hall 2 and Welsh and Lakelands Hall 1

so will be impossible to show all three.

Hall 2 is a nightmare over crowded stuffy and difficult to get to IMO

Different Hall for them as well this year. They are showing on Thursday with the Utility breeds. Dont think that Ken Sinclair is showing his Arakis this year though. Mind you their will still be quite a few of them there being shown by other people.

It was great seeing Willy win Best in Show last year.

Could you not get someone to handle for you?
I think they like making life difficult

Dont think we are going as lka was just a reminder of how bad it is times by 100, and to sit on your bench like a pillock with your dog until 4pm is too much for my breed..
