Bought a new rat cage, more like a crate for Ella!

I wanted a bigger cage for my rats as they've grown since I had them so I got one from online. Silly me, I didn't check the bar spaces and Kali can easily squeese herself through the bars!
So I might use it as a crate for Ella now (not really, don't worry...)

You can keep the rats but I would really love to have Ella as she is so sweet!

You know, she may look sweet in this picture, but what you don't know is that she's been producing deadly farts all day!
That's how she rolls

Oh I am well used to those as Pereg has a load of vegetables each day - steamed with her first meal and raw as snacks/treats, and as she spends a lot of time flonked down beside my chair with her rear end almost directly under my nose...

Malka: does she ever get surprised by her own farts? Ella sometimes jumps up because one escaped her, and she can't quite figure out where it came from!

Tang: I'm sure Ella would love a parrot! Shane's grandparents have one and she got nipped on the nose cos she went too close. She's very fascinated by charlie, but he talks behind her back and I don't have the heart to tell her..

No, because they are mostly insidiously silent and the first think I know is when the pong hits me! The only time they make a noise is if she is sitting square on butt and one escapes - then there is a very suspicious squeal coming from her rear end!
