have managed to get through church and came home and started doing so cleaning. heaps of stuff on freecycle that was just cluttering up the place and a couple of bin bags out for the rubbish man. keeping busy is the key for the next few days.

I don't know the situation so I hope I am not way off the mark but the advice I would give a friend would be - be selfish and think of yourself and what is best for you.
