Woody Bull Mastiff x Labrador pup

Meet Woody

:smt049

He’s a 10 week old Bull Mastiff and Labrador cross

Woody is looking for a new home because his previous owners felt they couldn’t cope with him toileting indoors and his cries for attention, sadly they didn’t carryout the necessary research before buying a puppy.

Woody is a friendly and sociable pup. He loves meeting new people, who he quickly charms with his loveable antics. His new owner will need to continue his training and spend plenty of time socialising him with strangers and other dogs on a daily basis. He will need 2 gentle 30-minute outings in the park everyday and will need 1-2 hours of off lead exercise daily, once fully grown. He would happily live with sensible children of 10years upwards.

Woody will be neutered at 12 weeks of age, he is currently available to be reserved but won’t be able to go to his new home until he has had his op. He is currently learning basic commands in his foster home and has almost mastered toilet training. His new owner will have owned guarding breeds before and will be at home most of the day. He is looking for someone who will treat him as part of the family and include him in their daily activities. He will enjoy attending training classes.

Woody is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.

He is a handsome boy.It never astounds me what people expect out of such young puppies, clearly didn't do their research.I am sure it won't take long for him to find a nice home.

What an adorable little boy, I hope he finds his special forever home very soon.

What did his previous owners think having a puppy would be like?

Oh what a start to his life, im sure he will find a home soon. I will make sure Ste doesnt see this as he wants another Bull Mastiff. Its tempting but with having 1 whos on cage rest its not fair on him, and baby is only 12mth but used to BIG rotties already.
Ohhh i wish i could.

Hope he finds a home soon.

I hope he finds a home soon, he's so so gorgeous!

Why oh why do people do this?! You can't just leave a baby like that at a rescue centre, what kind of start in life is that?! Obviously the people at the rescue centre will all love and care for him amazingly, but he should be somewhere where there is someone to love him and cuddle him all the time! Poor little guy!

Our pup had had 3 homes already when we adopted him as his fourth home at just 10 weeks old. Although it is sad for such a young dog to be in this situation I think it is far better that he finds a new forever home at this age rather than being rehomed later by which time he would have had far longer in an unsuitable home.

I am sure this gorgeous lad will find the right home in no time at all.
