My thoughts are with you too far away like many for practical help but hey talk away lots of ears here.

I can't add much only to say I know how hard it is to care for someone and I'm thinking of you hun. Massive hugs and I hope things will get better for you xxx

Just told work that I'm not coming back right now. Spoke to the doctor who said mum may only have days left

Oh goodness, I expect that is a shock, as earlier you said you thought she might have quite a long time left

I am so sorry, however, it is good that you know as you can prepare yourself... I know that is easier said than done and words aren't enough to help {{{hugs}}

I'm really sorry to hear that Amanda. Have you got arrangements sorted for Cain over the weekend? If you need to get to the hospice and don't want to be worrying about him, I could have him here if you like..my nan's actually away for a few days so Cain could always stay over at hers with me popping over several times a day if that arrangement would make you worry a bit less. I'd offer to go over and stay at yours but with not being able to leave Kiki at weekends it's not really feasible at the moment unfortunately.

Thanks Karly. I'm going to ask Liam to stay there over the weekend. Even if he doesn't get a walk he'll at least have company, I'm sure he'll live. I don't think Liam would cope well at the hospice so he'll probably welcome a role that isn't here. Thank you do much for the offer, I really appreciate it.
