I am----I have lost loads but never weigh myself----I am in totally different set of clothes, about 2 sizes I think.

I count calories most days, saturday I have what I like and if I am feeling really stressed/worried/tired or similar I do eat more. Yesterday I celebrated something with a Mcdonalds!

I have never really tried before and I started a year ago with gaps for christmas, birthday, holidays etc as well as saturdays.

I'd like to get down another size before Florida but if I don't I don't. I refuse to get up tight about it!

Rune, I think you have the right approach there. When I was in my early 20's I could lose weight so easily, now since I have hit my late 20's early 30's, I seriously struggle and at first when I would get uptight about not losing as much as I wanted - I would give up and then be back to square one! I think being realistic and having patience is key (self control being a given).

Good luck Kammi

2 sizes? That's great!

I have started to calorie count/write down what I am eating - but only 6 days a week like you. Well that is the plan, only done it for a week so far!

My main worries at the moment are... loose skin and disappearing boobs as I want to lose quite a lot of weight if I can!

(ps - lucky you going to Florida!)

Grated carrot, peas, sweetcorn, kidney beans, cherry tomatos and stilton in large quantities. I have lived on that for a week so I could drop the half stone I gained since stopping smoking. It's gone now
I do a lot of walking and horse riding anyway so, that is probably why it came off so quickly.

I don't mean large amounts of stilton. I meant eat that mixture in big amounts.

Cheers! Not a fan of tomatoes and hardly ever eat cheese, but I like the others!

I have been eating a lot more soup, the low calorie ones, instead of having a sandwich at lunch time!

Carbs and sugar are my two weaknesses
