Does anyone have any tips for a treat while trying to lose weight ?
I like to have a long bath with nice soap etc then put really lovely body lotion on . It's a treat since I can't have the usual food treats and I am staying off the wine too !

Thats a good idea.

Sometimes I buy really nice coffee---but that comes under food really!

I like coffee too but unfortunately I have to have lots of milk in it which is not so good !
I quite like Schweppes diet lemonade and a very small bar of chocolate . I have that in the evening instead of wine , crisps etc

We'll help you as much as we can. Let me know if you want me to send some good recipes (although see my blog as am trying to post them all on there.)

Hmmmm, I love wine and crisps so actually as a treat I will allow myself them and just count it into my points. A good treat for me though is a glass of lime cordial and sparkling mineral water (it's cheaper than other non alcoholic fizz and much less sugar) or a massage!!

Another all day meeting today and the only food there for me was baguette slices, cheeses, crisps, mini sausage rolls and mini cheese and onion rolls. Nightmare! I had one of each and am starving but I'm not actually sure how many points I have left ;o(

Well done!

I have slipped a tad this week----not had many proper 'diet' days but feeling OK about it as I know I will do it next week. That is the first week since September (barring christmas week).

How is everyone else doing?

Put on a bit in the last couple of weeks, so since I hadn't stuck to my plan, it wasn't a surprise!

However, ended up with a tummy bug this week - 4lbs lost and no appetite! Yay for 24hr D&V bugs!!

(I don't put back on what I've lost from stuff like this - strange but true!)
