Betrayed!

Here I am, sitting in a dingy Council flat (usually emergency accommodation), with two doggies and no legs. I can't get out of the house because it is on a steep hill that the wheelchair can't handle, and what does Mrs S do? She walks out on me, supposedly permanently. She doesn't want to do any more looking after either me or old Kali. We have had two sessions of "discussing" it, and all I've heard is selfishness, pure and simple. Snorri Mansions is (for reasons too long to go into here) in her name, so she says I can't go back there. Maybe, if I'm a "good boy" (sic), I can visit Snorri-dog's grave someday. Her original proposal was to rehome Thorgeir (she has never liked him), have Kali pts and dispose of me. I'm getting a solicitor.

I was thinking there would be a humorous ending to this...if it is happening as you say Snorri then I hope it all gets sorted out.

So sorry to hear this - but you have the will, intelligence and humour to get yourself back on top. This is a starting point - I`ve been there. Grit your teeth and take all the help that is offered. BTW my solicitor was a tower of strength - I hope yours is.

Oh my God I too am totally speechless.

Get down to your solicitor asap Snorri and try to work something out. Having Kali PTS is horrible, he may be old but last time you wrote about hm I thought you said he was amazingly fit for his age and Thorgeir is still a puppy isn't he ? How can you just get rid of him ?
