Morning Moyra, hope you are doing those exercises. So pleased to read that you went and got checked out. Chris aka Miss Moneypenny, gadgets leave me completely befuddled. Kelly your comment did give me a laugh. And nope hubby doesn't want to know. Now then I will give you all a laugh. Nope I didn't fall out of bed this time but: Along time ago: I stayed with my brother down in Cornwall. I was in a large bed by the side of a cupboard, just enough width between bed and cupboard. Anyway on the cupboard top there was a clock. During the night this clock went off and I rolled over to turn it off and fell out of bed wedging myself between said cupboard and bed. I had to crawl on my knees to get out of the space so that I could stand up. I did find the funny side of it and when I told my brother and his wife they laughed so much.
Ah well you can all get up now. Have a good day the sun is shining and I am trying to be positive. Off to lunch hopefully.

Good morning Brenda and all to follow. I am finding it hard to get about particularly after resting it. Steve bless him is taking Amber out again for me. I must get moving though.

No meal out today, Steve can't be bothered with driving so I am going to pop up and see him and Molly for an hour, I don't think he wants dinner either so will have to sort something out on the way home

I was so glad to read yesterday that you had gone to the Doc. and it was a pulled tendon, that can be painful but millions (or more) people have the same thing and it is fixable.


Like people above have said try to stick with the excercises they have told you to do them for a reason, and that reason is that they do work....................eventualy

I'm sorry I will try harder tomorrow to make you all laugh. Oops Corrie's on. Lunch was great but couldn't eat it all. My tum is shrinking. forgot to say Norma asked has anyone heard from Lynn?
