Had a lovely evening at Paul and Bths last night Paul cooked a nice roast dinner and Beth made a delicious cherry frangipane tart..
Good food, good company.

Brighter here today. Off out shortly shopping with Ben for presents for the girls. He is going home for 2 weeks on the 14th Feb. They will be so excited to see him as he hasn't told them he is going.

Quite bright here this morning, but wow what a heavy breeze.

Lynn, how are Paul and Beth getting along with the couple who bought your old house?

Hi everyone.

Chris they are a bit odd apparently well Holly not so much Dale.
There have been a few burglaries in Upwell recently and Dale was telling Beth they have hung bells on the inside of the front door so they can hear if anyone tries the door handle and put a burglar alarm up and they sleep downstairs, a shame seeings as they moved from North London due to the crime and stabbings.
We were saying last night though being a mid terrace it is probably the safest of the 3 houses. Anyone would have to get through the heavy wooden gates walk down a 150 ft long gravel drive and get past Paul and Beth's house and Betty and Bun who bark and all their security lighting.
The front of the house is right on the path so not in any way secluded.
I must say I always felt very safe there.

Maybe the "mind set of being in North London has not really left them hence the worry.
