Surveys

Anyone noticed the number of questionnaires/surveys there are at the moment?

In the last two weeks I have been asked to fill in questionnaires from, the bank, the chemist, a pub and a mail order firm I bought garden plants from.

What is it with these people? It's starting to get boring

Its supposed to be all about customer care (but really its to find out how they can sell you more stuff)

Those that really care about their customers find other ways to ensure service without making their customers fill out stupid forms

Hadn't thought of it that way Fiona
And of course so many are done on line which means they have your email address.

I tend to have a quick look at the type of questions they are asking....if they seem to be geniunely interested in improving their service, I will fill them in...if I think its more about marketing, I don't bother.

Hey guys dont be like that!

some of the questions you might not think are relevant all go to work out how to improve things. If it is research 'proper' then they are bound by the rules of the Market Research Society and won't market to you.

Keep an eye out for the old opt out/in boxes
