Not always true. Kismet is a very loved dog, but I wouldn't trust her not to attack a child if the child had food she thought was hers, or tried to take food from her. Which is why she is never put in that situation.

I have long advovated a dog owner licence scheme-like the driving licence you need to past the tes before you get the dog.

As for the mother of the latest child to be attacked she wants ALL dogs muzzled ALL the time-not exceptions-heard her on the radio.

So police dogs, assistance dogs, working sheep/gundogs etc etc all wearing muzzles ALL the time, hm now that would prove very stupid !

I agree, its a knee jerk reaction by someone who cant face taking any of the blame, (the family of the little boy who dies)

Its easier to place ALL blame on ALL dogs.......
