S**tting hell (sorry )

Just watching Sky News - live footage of armed police at the end of Downing St with Heckler Koch sub-machine guns taking aim at something, then they walked a person away - the person had his shirt open at the front.

Wonder if this has anything to do with the reports of the chap fleeing into UCL hospital with armed police chasing him - chap was seen with wires poking through his clothing
