Stress induced aches and pains

What is the point in those? Seriously, it just adds to my stress.

This week, I've ended my LTR "or good", had to find somewhere else to live, work has been chaos... I just had a major row with said ex... and now I have chest pain.

Safe to say I'm tucked up in bed. Trying to de-stress browsing the pictures of all your 4 legged children!

Going to head off to the south of england autumn show tomorrow, I will most likely spend a ridiculous amount of money adding to my pain!

Any tips for de-stressing? I can't have a bath - its full of wine (don't ask...but feel free to bring over your straws)

Remember, chocolate satisfies even when soft.

I am out of commission at the moment with a lung infection and am worn out with coughing, not being able to sleep and not being able to eat or drink because coffing makes me upchuck.

Got some very strong ABs from doctor so hope this is not going to last long.

Can you not put on your 100 favourite tunes on pan pipes, sit in a pyramid, burn some joss sticks and stare at a crystal?

Cor blimey SB! Get well soon! Your ABs should kick in within 24-36 hours, try to look after yourself! I've known people to slip discs coughing so hard! Sounds silly (and is a little gross) but when I've had pneumonia I find warm or "room temperature" fluids a lot easier to keep down!

I've turned the lights off and put the low lights on. I have classic fm on :/ Playing the spinster act well tonight! TVs off! Perhaps I should pull out a good book! I am in the middle of an Alan Titchmarsh novel (I laughed too) its called Folly..and is actually quite good!

I had viral pneumonia 20 years ago and coughed out (broke) 3 ribs coughing and had a collapsed lung, which is why I get nervous if I have a chest infection.

The dog has not been out for two days, my head is splitting and I feel YUK!

If only........................ not sure the dog would let them in!

I really want some Heinz Tomato Soup but the thought of coughing it all up and making the bed look like a bloodbath puts me off
