He is a beauty...is it my imagination or are they a quick maturing breed?

If I showed you an English Setter at 6 months they are all gangly and still very puppy like, not at all together as your boy appears

I think he has matured very quickly, he was cocking his leg at 5 months and although his mannerisms and personality give it away that he is still verrrrry much a puppy to look at he now looks fully mature to me

They are quite a fast maturing breed, although some lines will be faster than others - I guess like all breeds. He shouldnt grow any more now, but just fill out
