I'm glad you've found such a lovely spot and you'll be nicely settled in time for a great Christmas.

Thanks so much ladies I've not been able to get online today as we had Clive's mum over altering our new curtains for us, she loves it here too and keeps hinting about having a granny annex

Leon is loving having the sofa in his room but he's now spoilt for choice as to where he sleeps, but he has started sleeping upside down at the foot of the stairs overnight..I wonder if he thinks he is protecting us, bless his little heart

Thanks Mel, I bought the setters from a little garden centre in the back of beyond when I first moved up to Lincolnshire, about 12 years ago now. They only had the two and I've never seen them anywhere else but I'm sure they must have made more than that. I would imagine they get snapped up quite quickly as they are so sweet, they even have long setter tails as apposed to the cockers short tails xx

Sheree - It looks lovely, I'm sure you'll not regret going for it and it seems Leon has found a nice place to snooze (Where is Clive going to make his 'snooze' spot )
