help with videos!

I have a video of Molly being silly to show you but i cannot seem to load it up onto a hoster site! The one called FreeVideoBlogs never play on my computer and Zippy videos wont accept my file type (quick time player)

Does anyone know of any other sites i can use or of how i can change my file type, iv tried Right click > open with > windows media player but only the sound plays.

can you not save the file in a differant form instead of MOV make it AVI or MPEG or just make a copy of the file and rename it with .avi or .mpeg see if that works it does work cause i do it some times.
