Hiccups! Does anyone else's dog suffer from hiccups?

Does anyone else's dog suffer from hiccups? Well, I am sure they do, but how often...?

Bodhi seems to have them quite often! More than I have noticed in a dog before anyway!!

I think it's a puppy thing

Archie used get them all the time, quite badly, and he always looked miserable about it! He has grown out of it but now Ziggy gets them a lot too

Yes i think its a puppy thing too.
When Toby was a pup he used to get them all the time.
Now he just has a tendancy to have very loud burps, especially after drinking milk! lol.

Our cat used to be so greedy, he used to burp and hiccup after every meal! He's not so bad now, we have him on dry food...!!

It is normal for puppies with their immature tummies to get hiccups the best thing for it is a little drink of warm milk with honey in ...puppies can tolerate lactose so milk is ok

Well Ozzy is nearly 3 and he gets hiccups still! He gets them occasionally if he bolts his food too quickly but he also has had them after getting a shock! (eg: Sid hiding around a door then jumping out on him - boy does Oz tell him off )
