Lovely warm sunny day after a chilly overcast start. About to hang some washing out, Blackbirds are not about at the moment so my nose should be safe.

Popped to town, saw Steve for a whole 30 seconds but given him his fence paint and shorts....came home and contemplating a little walk with Kota.....ooooooooohhhhhh not sure!!!

Lovely day here. To walks for Teazle, gardening done, and 3 loads of washing 2 o which was the bedding. All dry, ironed nd in the airing cupboard. Also been to Pets at Home for some dog food and Ben pick up a sound bar he had ordered - just need the house to go with it Hopefully this week.

All good with the work next door they have all gone for a few days now. Gorden washed the fascia boards and guttering at the weekend no damage a very faint ring mark for a pole but unless you looked for it you wouldn't notice it. We rarely go down that side of the bungalow only to do maintenance.
Gorden also managed to push back the corner that had come away enough for him to mastic it and it all looks good now. Hoping roofer kept his word and paid the scaffolder in the end as we needed nothing replacing at the end of all the upset.

After a very long day and a lot of frustration, the sofa is finally in and the old one taken away. Better still, Gary likes it. Phew!

That the worst out of the way. Needs some bits still, but the next big effort is a new mattress but that can wait for another month or so

Great news Chris. A bit of a rest till the mattress needs sorting.

The mattress should be relatively easy. Shop in town and they take the old mattress away so fingers crossed that should be fairly simple
