First Agility Show

Me & my boy Alfie had our first show at the weekend. It was a really good day, we took him to Delinquent Dogz in Rotherham as it meant he could run at a lower height for his first show. It was a lovely show & we met lots of lovely people.

He was eliminated in the jumping but came FIRST in the agility I was so proud, I was worried he would get freaked out by the show environment, and he's knocked at least one jump every course we've done in training for about 3 months, so to get a clear round, never mind a first, was absolutely fabulous. I was delighted with him, most of all because he was such a good boy and only had one grumble at another dog. He sat in the queue like a good boy and seemed to really enjoy himself, which is what it's all about at the end of the day isn't it

Here's our runs:

Huge well done! No wonder you are proud - to just get that first show under your belt but what a great result

I have two schedules for some shows later this year (limited) but still haven't been brave enough to complete the entry forms!

Well done! Can I ask where you train Alice? I've found a class that seems good (not going yet as Cosmo is too young) but it seems good.....would be interested to know where you go though..
