HELP pen washed with clothes

how do i get it out its coverd my washing and more important my uniform

geeeeeeeeeee that was scary i pulled the washing out and everything was coverd i threw a few bits out soaked the socks etc in crystal white oxy action which isnt rated


my uniform is pale blue and smotherd looked it up and it said spay tons of hairspray on it and blot as much as as pos then wash again a lot has come off just waiting to see if the rest comes out in the wash

must remember that one,
