When swine flu came out I was happily making all the pig related jokes, then I got it.....

Oh my word, I don't recall ever feeling so ill in my whole life! I was knocked off my feet ( literally, hardly got out of bed) for about two weeks solid. Never known flu like it. And think I've probably just had bad colds previously, real flu is incapacitating. Ended up with an awful chest ingection afterwards too. Safe to say I didn't think swine flu was funny after that!

Hope you feel better soon and that your little lad doesnt catch it.

Gosh it does sound nasty!

I still have a little appetite which makes me think it's nothing too sinister, i'm not a big eater so can go off food immediately when feeling ill or stressed but not this time.

Forgot to say (bad mum) Rowan seems fine and hasn't caught it yet! (wondering who i can palm him off to tomorrow though ha ha!)
