Ruby Moo the Heilan Coo

We raised Ruby from birth as her mother rejected her. She was at death's door for weeks as she refused to take milk from a bottle or bucket and had to be stomach tube fed every few hours but she was a fighter and so we gave her every chance at life ... and look at her now

She is such a character! She thinks she is a sheep, as she has never gone back to live with the other Highland herd, but lives with a flock of Blackie sheep and she has one friend in particular, called Nibbles. They go everywhere together

Grand little 'un. My wife raised a Highland heifer on the bottle about 20 years ago, her name was Gertie. Used to follow her around like a dog! I must admit to missing having the cattle. The OH was more for sheep (even has qualifications - Ooooh!).
