Do you mean you are doing agility but doing gridwork?

That sounds like it could be right, its advertised as grid night but it is taking place,at a friends agility club she attends on a thu eve and trainer knows were attending as had to book places.i think jumping grids was mentioned, all I know is I may have to go in large dogs class even thought my boy only jumping medium with jump height reduced to his ability as in small and medium class the distance between jumps will be incorrect.

Grid work is basically a series of jumps in a row, either at the same striding or differing strides.

I have found it invaluable with my boy who has a tendency to speed up which causes him to jump long and flat and take poles, using gridwork with bounce jumps and different striding between jumps has really helped a)improve his jumping style and b) think about what his legs are doing and therefore improving his co-ordination.
